FLY is Yale University’s Official Affinity Group for Young Professionals
Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) hopes to provide a voice for young professionals, future leaders, and others in the early stages of their career trajectories who are seeking to develop and strengthen their long-term opportunities and impact at Yale. Through networking, professional development, mentorship, and encouraging career advancement, we are committed to supporting the recruitment, retention, and advancement of qualified professionals within Yale. By doing so, FLY will contribute to the longevity, strength, and value of the University as well as the greater New Haven community.
Recognition of challenges unique to professionals at the beginning of their career trajectory, such as starting a family, navigating a career path, and best strategies for experience/educational opportunities, are at the center of FLY’s initiatives.
