Description

To be assertive or cooperative in any given situation is a choice that must be made. Some people are more naturally assertive, some more naturally cooperative. In this fast paced, experiential session we will focus on the techniques of assertive behaviors including persuasion, use of reason, logic and emotion. You will have opportunities to practice your assertiveness and receive feedback.
 
Course Objectives:
1. Explain the techniques of assertiveness
2. Practice assertive behaviors for application in the workplace
 
This course is our third offering in the Learning In Motion series, a collection of 90 minute workshops designed to be fast paced, experiential, and a time saver
