Join Danielle Casioppo, Health Educator for Being Well at Yale, for any or all of four lunchtime mindfulness sessions, where we will explore intersections of mindfulness, nutrition, networking, and professional development.   

A healthy salad lunch will be provided in our March, and April sessions. Bring a salad topping to our salad social in May.   

Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) sponsors this series of monthly workshops exploring how mindfulness can be beneficial in the workplace, for professional development and for stress management. The latest research on the benefits of practicing mindfulness will be discussed as well as practical tips and simple techniques for incorporating more mindfulness into daily life, both at work and at home.
