Join us for an evening of creating a work of art and enjoying wine with friends – all to help welcome formerly homeless people into their new homes.
United Way of Greater New Haven is capping off a 100-day effort to house 75 percent of the region’s chronically homeless. By July 31st we’ll have housed more than 100 homeless neighbors. Come help us create “Home Sweet Home” paintings to hang on their new (and very blank) walls. A master instructor from Art Plus Studio will walk you through the process step-by-step, so you’ll feel proud to donate your completed painting at the end of the evening.
This creative alternative to a night out will include all painting supplies, in addition to wine and snacks. Plus, you’ll get to have fun giving back with your friends and family!
