A Vision Board can be a powerful tool in helping you to realize your ambitions through visualization. A vision board helps you keep your goals constantly in sight, surrounds you with the energy of things you desire most, provides clarity about your most important goals and dreams, and keeps your focus strong.

This workshop will explore the concept of vision boards and visualization and will guide you through the basics of creating your own vision board. There will also be time for discussion and reflection with other participants. Some preparation prior to the workshop will be required. Space is limited. Light refreshments will be provided.
