What matters to me? And how do I get it?
Please join us on Thursday, June 5 from 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM to discuss how to create a road map for creating a balanced life, and how to make that happen at Yale. Balancing work demands and commitments to family and other life activities is not easy. We might fantasize about having it all, all the time, but at what cost to us and those around us? We might also imagine that Yale will take care of this problem for us. Ultimately it is a combination of factors, support, and choices that allows us to have a fulfilling life, one we design and for which we take responsibility.
