Since establishment in 2011, the Career Network for Student Scientists and Postdocs at Yale (CNSPY) has built a reputation for being a brilliant organization focused on the cultivation of relationships within the scientific fields at Yale University. Student and postdocs are the nucleus of CNSPY, where they focus on career opportunities and options, developing professional networks, and connecting with career mentors. CNSPY’s mission is to incite conversation around these ideals and the scientific field through ongoing events including formal group discussions, annual networking gatherings, and quarterly mixers.
