FLY’s Mentorship Committee has recently been tasked with envisioning, developing and implementing all aspects of an inclusive mentor program for FLY members. As a first step, the committee is planning to launch a pilot mentorship program this fall. Please fill out this brief survey if you are interested in participating in the program, or feel free to submit the name of a Yale staff member who you think would make a great mentor.
