FLY Mentorship Program Launches Oct 24

October 10, 2014

We are delighted to report that the FLY Mentorship Program will soon launch its first year of programming. Beginning October 24, over 20 pairs of employees will begin an eight-month session aimed at enhancing professional satisfaction and growth at Yale. Based on an established program developed by the Office of Diversion and Inclusion, mentors and mentees will attend four facilitated sessions to learn more about each other’s experience and needs, build trust, and discuss opportunities to learn from the wealth of expertise here at Yale.

The FLY Mentorship Committee intends to launch another round of programming next year, due to the large amount of interest in the program. In the meantime, FLY will be providing professional development programming throughout the fall and spring to help young employees explore the possibilities of career development, including coaching sessions and other workshops.
