The Hot Jobs list is the compilation of several factors:
- New posting in an area where recruitment support is needed
- Posting that have been open for long periods of time with little to no responses
- Jobs families that we have a very limited talent pool of minority applicants
- Positions within divisions/departments where racial minority diversity metrics need to be boosted
What is the goal behind providing “Hot Jobs” to the shared interest groups?
