Future Leaders of Yale (FLY), Yale’s newest affinity group, aims to help young professionals at Yale advance their careers through networking, professional development, and mentorship. FLY is targeting professionals of all ranks who are near the beginning of their career trajectories.

“The creation of the Future Leaders of Yale is an exciting development for the University,” said Michael Peel, Vice President for Human Resources and Administration, and the executive sponsor of FLY.

“This new workforce network will help to increase the ‘connectedness’ that we know our young professionals value, while providing an ongoing source of feedback about how to make Yale an even more stimulating and fun place to work. I look forward to working closely with the network as an executive sponsor and would encourage early career professionals from throughout the Yale community to join in this dynamic collaboration!”

FLY is eager to become a recognized voice at Yale and invites all who are interested to attend the official lunch event on Thursday, April 17, 2014; 4-6 pm, at Kroon Hall, third floor. To register, click here.
