Dear Colleagues,
We are in the process of piloting a new Yale curriculum targeted toward Professionals (Non-Supervisor M&P staff) at Yale, that will focus on the skills critical for success in our fast changing and complex University. Some of the curriculum components will include courses previously restricted to managers only, including Leading with Influence and Leading through Change.
We have a few seats available in our next Leading with Influence and Leading through Change ½ day courses.
Each ½ day training program will be held at 221 Whitney Avenue, in rooms LL5 & 6, from 8:30 a.m.- 12:00 p.m. A light continental breakfast will be available beginning at 8:15 a.m.

Objective: Participants will hone their leadership skills for leading themselves and others through change.
