  • CareerPower: Optimizing Your Career Development
    “CareerPower” is an engaging learning experience that guides individuals in managing their own development and careers. Using activities, discussions, and skill-building exercises, participants will learn a variety of skills that will help you manage your career.
     
  • Leading through Change
    “Leading through Change” is an interactive learning experience designed for people responsible for leading teams and organizations. Participants will learn how people respond to change, gain new insights, and explore how to apply these findings in a practical way. In this course, participants will hone a variety of skills to help lead themselves and others through change.  
     
  • Leading with Influence
    “Leading with Influence” recognizes the fact that individuals often need to use their ability to enlist, persuade, and engage others in order to get results. In this fast-paced, hands-on workshop, you will hone your influencing skills as you learn how power, relationships and influence methods all affect your ability to influence. 

     

  • Project Management for Yale Professionals
    “Project Management for Yale Professionals” is intended for individuals who are new to managing projects of various sizes and durations. It will acquaint you with the “Five Phases” of project management and the tools needed to navigate each of the phases. Intended audience is the Professionals (P) of the M&P staff.
