This workshop will be facilitated by Mela Toro Waters. Mela is a certified coach in Executive and Organizational Coaching from New York University. She works as training coordinator at the Yale Center for Emotional Intelligence. She is co-chair of Future Leaders of Yale, program facilitator of FLY Mentorship Program, and VP of Education for Yale Toastmasters Club. Mela has lead group coaching sessions at CT Young Professional Symposium and workshops on “Leading Millennials in the Workplace”.
