FLY Lean In for Young Professionals: Managing Up and Down

The Future Leaders at Yale (FLY), the Asian Network at Yale (ANY) and the African American Affinity Group (YAAA) have partnered up to bring you the second FLY Lean In for Young Professionals mentorship series for the academic year! Deborah Stanley-McAulay, Chief Diversity Officer and Senior Director, Diversity and Inclusion and Dean Marvin Chun, Dean of Yale College and Richard M. Colgate Professor of Psychology; Neuroscience; Cognitive Science will be our panelists and lead an interactive workshop on Managing Up and Down.
