Getting on the Leadership Lane

In session three of the Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) Lean In for Young Professionals Program, we partner with the Asian Network at Yale (ANY) and the Working Women’s Network (WWN) to sponsor this panel discussion on leadership. We will talk about how to gain leadership experience, the difference between leaders and managers, how to retain the best employees, the traits of great leaders, and much more.
