Are you looking for helpful strategies for how to speak with your boss about your career goals, or are you a manger seeking guidance for how to support your employees in growing their careers at Yale? Join Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) for “How to speak with your boss about your career goals,” a Lean In mentorship session. Our distinguished panelists represent fellow Yale colleagues who will share their personal experiences related to how to effectively support and sponsor employee career goals; and the importance of taking ownership of your career and preparing to discuss your goals with your manager and network.

The event will feature a Q&A session with the panelists, and is co-sponsored by the Asian Network at Yale (ANY), DiversAbility at Yale (DAY), Working Women’s Network (WWN),Yale African American Affinity Group (YAAA), Yale Latino Networking Group (YLNG), and Yale Veterans Network (YVN).
