The Future Leaders of Yale will co-sponsor a Yale Day of Service event at Common Ground High School!
Come help out with spring work at Common Ground’s organic farm garden: clearing, planting, and other tasks, at the school’s beautiful site at the base of West Rock.
Common Ground’s mission is to cultivate habits of healthy living and sustainable environmental practices within a diverse community of young people, adults, and families through an environmental charter high school, an urban farm, and community programs. Wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes, and dress for weather and for outdoor work which may be strenuous. Come prepared for gardening (sometimes muddy!) and bring a hat, gloves, and a water bottle.
