Learn self-defense to strengthen your body and mind!

Yale research assistant Chris Adamchek will cover: techniques on situational avoidance to keep people safe and out of harm’s way; invasion of personal space and minimal combative techniques to escape; and methods for escaping a sexual assault. Please wear comfortable clothes that will not restrict your movement (gender-neutral bathrooms available for changing).
