This program is based on Danielle’s training in Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans. It will consist of chair-based and standing yoga postures, stretches, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and gratitude. Attendees will learn how to tap into their body’s natural ability to calm the nervous system and focus the mind. Beginners welcome! Participants should wear comfortable clothing, suitable for movement. Office casual is fine. No equipment is needed except a stable chair.
