Parent and Me Hip Hop is a fantastic rhythm and movement class, and an amazing bonding experience with you and your child. Let’s get your body moving and have some fun!!
This event is part of the FLY Fitness Series. The purpose of the fitness series is to provide a unique virtual experience that will allow for stress reduction, connection, education/awareness, cultural awareness, and fitness, all while supporting local businesses.
