This Project Management course is intended for individuals who are new to managing projects of various sizes and durations. It will acquaint you with the Five Phases of project management and the tools needed to navigate each of the phases. This training will support your ability to:

• Explain and apply the Five Phases of effective project management
• Utilize proven project management tools at each of the Five Phases
• Locate existing Yale project management resources
• Launch and lead project related teams
