The SOM Women in Management Club and the Office of Community and Inclusion are hosting a viewing party for the Global Network Webinar “Women in the Global Workforce” followed by a discussion of women in the global workforce today. Continental breakfast will be served.
About the “Women in the Global Workforce” survey:
Demonstrating the strength of networked inquiry, we surveyed over 3,500 students and 1,500 alumni of the 28* member schools of the Global Network for Advanced Management about their experiences in workplaces in over 100 different countries.
Join us for a webinar in which key findings of that survey are revealed and discussed with a particular focus on what they mean for women in the global workplace. The panel discussion will be moderated by Della Bradshaw, former business editor for the Financial Times. Panelists will include Frances Rosenbluth of Yale University and Kellie McElhany of the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley.
