Heart disease is the number one killer for women and men. Did you know that young women who have a heart attack have worse outcomes than similarly aged men? Are there differences in the way young women and men present with symptoms of a heart attack? Learn more about heart disease from the School of Public Health’s expert in this area, Dr. Judith Lichtman.

Dr. Lichtman is an Associate Professor in the Department of Chronic Disease Epidemiology at the Yale School of Public Health where her research focuses on the epidemiology of stroke and heart disease.
