Whether you are considering a new challenge, just planning ahead, or unhappy with where you are now, it’s always the right time to pay attention to whether our work is the right ‘fit’. We all have things that we do very well and should have a job that needs our skills. Just as importantly, we need to make sure our job is a good match with our interests and that the workplace culture is one that is aligned with what we value. Even in economically-challenged times, we need work that is the best match we can find that uses the unique skills and qualities we bring to the table. This class will help with developing a practical approach.

  Sandra LaJeunesse, a founder and partner in Odyssey Consulting, is an organization development consultant with demonstrated expertise working with all levels of management and employees in developing the human competencies critical to business success. She has solid assessment, coaching, training, facilitation and design skills.  

Sandra’s provides leadership coaching/development, individual career coaching and group career development sessions, helps people understand the human dynamics of change and transition, assists with conflict management, enhances effective communication and building exceptional teams and workplace cultures. Sandra conducts. organizational assessments, focus groups, collects 360º feedback data through probing interviews and designs and facilitates retreats.

She partners with leaders and teams to design and implement strategies that maximize performance, productivity, ownership, and personal satisfaction. Sandra honors the worth of each individual, facilitates collaboration and achieves results vital to organizational success. She uses many applications of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator to promote an understanding of diversity of style and productive change.

Prior to the past seventeen years with Odyssey, her experience includes eight years as a Senior Consultant with the world’s largest publicly traded international human resource consulting firm, primarily coaching individuals through career transitions and assisting companies managing change. Her expertise in identifying latent potential and designing and delivering interventions that develop individuals and groups has positively contributed to the overall growth and performance of her clients.

Sandra holds a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Education, with a strong emphasis in adult learning styles. She is Myers-Briggs certified.
