Whether you are considering a new challenge, just planning ahead, or unhappy with where you are now, it’s always the right time to pay attention to whether our work is the right ‘fit’. We all have things that we do very well and should have a job that needs our skills. Just as importantly, we need to make sure our job is a good match with our interests and that the workplace culture is one that is aligned with what we value.
