Description

While research shows diverse teams are good for business, you have to look hard to find women working in information technology jobs. With the number of IT jobs expected to grow by 500,000 by 2024, it is imperative that women are equally represented as companies and institutions look to feel these roles. Join WIT@Yale for a panel discussion on the gender gap in tech and what we can do to close it.   Panelists include:

  • Jane Livingston, Associate CIO, Yale Information Technology Services
  • Jack Callahan, Senior Vice President for Operations and Interim Chief Information Officer, Yale University
  • Florence Hudson, Chief Innovation Officer, Internet2
  • Alena Gribskov, YC ‘09, Founder, CodeSail
  • Victoria L. Brescoll, Associate Professor, Yale School of Management

Lunch Reception and continued discussion to follow at 12:15,. Please register for lunch, all other events are free and open to the Yale Community.
