This spring, Downtown Evening Soup Kitchen (DESK) took a bold and unprecedented step by opening the first Downtown Drop-in & Resource Center in New Haven!
To support this incredible feat and show of leadership, the Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) are banding together to raise $1,000 toward these progressive services for people experiencing homelessness in our city.
Join us in a virtual fundraiser during the month of June, as we help DESK fulfill their mission of serving people experiencing homelessness or living in poverty by providing food assistance and services that promote health, community, and equity. Make a tax-deductible before the end of the month, and be entered to win a FLY swag bag!
And while you’re at it, consider getting even more involved by signing up to volunteer at DESK’s dinner program, food pantry, or drop-in center!
