Join the Future Leaders of Yale and Yale African American Affinity Group for the Being Black at Yale Series kick-off event. The goal of this series is to create a space in which individuals are able to freely express their experiences, thoughts, ideas, solutions, and initiatives. The session will be hosted by Darin Latimore, Deputy Dean, Chief Diversity Officer, and Associate Professor of Internal Medicine. Dean Latimore will facilitate conversation surrounding workplace racism, microaggressions, and tokenism. As attendees, you will be provided with a safe social setting and range of avenues to voice your personal experiences.
